He guided us to go to the classroom.

正 He guided us to the classroom.

析 guide本身含有go的意思,再用to go就多余了。

This book guides us to use Engpsh words and idiom.

正 This book guides us in using Engpsh words and idiom.

析 表示“指导某人做某事”,通常不说guide sb to- v ,一般要说guide sb in v -ing。

John bought a guide of medieval pterature.

误 John bought a guide for medieval pterature.

正 John bought a guide to medieval pterature.

的指南”时,要用介词to,不可改为of或for。
