perfect可以作“十足的,十分的,完全的”解,常用来加强所修饰名词的语气。指人时多用在行为、品德方面,意思是“高雅的,无瑕的”“绝对的”“不折不扣的”。

perfect是强化形容词,没有程度上的区别,因此,一般不用very等词来修饰,也不用于比较等级。

perfect作“完美的”解时,在句中可用作定语或表语; 作“完全的”解时,在句中主要用作定语。

v.(动词)

perfect是及物动词,意思是“使…完美,使…熟练〔精通〕”,其宾语多为抽象名词。
